In Pokémon Pokopia, every Pokémon in the Pokédex has a favorite food flavor. As in other games in the series, food can fall into five different flavor categories, not including food without a specific flavor. Besides learning how to obtain each edible ingredient in the game, it's therefore also worth knowing which flavor each one has, as giving Pokémon their favorite foods can significantly increase their Comfy Level. Pokémon Pokopia features a generous variety of food, including individual edible ingredients and cooked dishes made by combining several ingredients.
Each ingredient or type of food can have one of five flavors: bitter, dry, sweet, sour, or spicy. There is also an additional category for food that doesn't have a specific flavor.
