Here are the solutions to the Greenhouse Control Room code puzzle in the Laboratory, for both New Game and 2nd Run.

Once you reach the Greenhouse Control Room, you'll see a machine on the west wall where you need to enter symbols instead of numbers. This is an unusual puzzle, as there's no way to know the solution—unless you already know it in advance—because the codes can only be found in rooms beyond the one containing the keypad.
If you don't want to look at the puzzle solutions right away, you should know that the codes can always be found in two specific places:
The first is in the Greenhouse. Head over to the hatch on one side of the room. You'll see a code on the hatch cover blocking the ladder. Entering this code will open the hatch and allow you to reach the basement of this section of NEST.
To find the second code, you need to locate the DNA helix-shaped Trophy. Its location changes depending on whether you're playing New Game or 2nd Run. In New Game, it can be found in the basement Lounge, where the zombies are. In 2nd Run, you'll find it in the lab containing the machine used to finish making the herbicide, next to the computers. Examine the Trophy and turn it around to see the solution.
