Find out how Sheriff Cortini survived—or perhaps how he spent his final moments amid the chaos that erupted on the night of the Raccoon City outbreak.

Sheriff Daniel Cortini received the report in his patrol car. "What?! They’re about to be EATEN?!" He recalled the recent headlines: "Cannibal on the Loose," "Horror Strikes Again," "Criminal Still at Large"... His hands slipped from the steering wheel as sweat dripped from his brow. He had arrived at the gas station mentioned in the report. He was pale and extremely nervous, so he failed to notice that the breeze coming through the window carried the stench of blood.

After completing No Time to Mourn, Runaway, and Forgotten Soldier, this "secret" scenario is unlocked.

Essentially, this is a survival arena featuring every type of special zombie from the previous scenarios. You have the charming poisonous zombies, the magnificent Pale Heads, and armored zombies. Some of them even seem to have bred with one another and produced delightful hybrid offspring. Simply fantastic.

How to Complete No Way Out

As mentioned above, this is a survival arena in which you must eliminate 100 enemies. You will know an enemy is dead when it "bursts"—this will not hurt you. The key to survival lies with the backpack zombies that appear throughout the scenario, as well as the few carrying explosive backpacks.

The former provide all kinds of weapons that you should discard as soon as they run out of ammunition—you will not find additional ammunition, only loaded weapons—as well as healing items. The latter are essential for killing Pale Heads with their explosive backpacks. In other words, do not shoot the backpacks at the first opportunity.

The two greatest threats are, of course, Pale Heads and armored zombies. So, how do you kill them?

Pale Heads: use the Flamethrower, explosive backpacks, or Rocket Launcher.

Armored zombies: use the Spark Shot whenever possible, and keep aiming until the needle detonates. It is completely reliable and kills them instantly.

As long as you keep track of which door opened most recently and save the Rocket Launcher for the moment when three Pale Heads enter, you should not have too much trouble completing the scenario.

The sheriff’s inventory consists of:

  • Broom Hc with infinite ammunition
  • Mixed Herb (Green + Red + Blue)
Flecha subir
