Oni Cloth is a special material that doesn't appear in material chests and can't be purchased or obtained as a mission reward. It can only be found in certain Treasure chests:
The first Oni Cloth is obtained automatically during Patching up the Pouch.
To obtain this cloth, follow the steps required to unlock the Hozuki Pouch: Regeneration.
To obtain this cloth, find Oni Glyph #16 in Eastern Kyoto, located in the southwestern corner of the map. It allows you to craft the Hozuki Pouch: Aggressor.
To obtain this cloth, find Oni Glyph #21 in Eastern Kyoto. It allows you to craft the Hozuki Pouch: Resistance.
To obtain this cloth, find Oni Glyph #22 in Eastern Kyoto. It allows you to craft the Hozuki Pouch: Awakening.
