Storm Chaser is the twentieth chapter of the story in Onimusha: Way of the Sword. It begins at the end of A Haunted Distraction, after sealing the Rifts around Yasaka Shrine. As usual, throughout this spoiler-free walkthrough we'll help you complete every story chapter 100%, making sure you don't miss anything along the way and providing tips for the more difficult situations.
There's only one thing to do before heading to the temple: activate the Oni Glyph at the southern entrance to Yasaka Shrine. This will reveal a new Treasure containing Sun-Dried Hozuki.
Other than that, enhance your equipment, abilities, Pouches, Charms... the usual routine. Okuni will now have the Hozuki Pouch: Awakening ready. Now let's head to Kennin-ji to pay another visit to our biker brothers. Hopefully for the last time. They're starting to look suspiciously like Fujin and Raijin from Final Fantasy VIII.
As soon as you enter, a Rift will appear. You'll only be fighting regular enemies, but you'll have to defeat them while dodging tornadoes. There's a second Rift in the other half of the courtyard. This time, lightning will strike the area. The game isn't exactly being subtle about telling you that the bosses have learned some new tricks. Continue forward to trigger a cutscene.
All you need to do is pass through the Oni Gate to reach a new section of the Oni Refuge. Walk toward the circular arena and prepare to face Ifuu and Burai in one of the best fights in the game.
