Patient Center (VII) is the ninth chapter or ninth part of the story of Resident Evil Requiem. It begins after clearing the chapel with Leon. As usual, throughout this walkthrough we will provide directions to help you complete as much of the game as possible, avoiding spoilers wherever possible while ensuring that you obtain all collectibles, receive help with puzzles and more.
Proceed through the tunnel. There is only one possible path. After climbing some stairs, turn right and you will see an open gate in the distance, with a light on its right-hand side. Head towards it to trigger a cutscene.
On the table, you will find the Roof Hatch Manual document, the final document in this area. Save your game, take out the Requiem just in case and prepare to deal with that damn Girl. A cutscene will begin when you leave the safe area.
Proceed along the walkway and you will see two green lights. The one on the left activates a spotlight that will switch off after a few seconds and take another couple of seconds to become operational again. You can use it to repel the Girl when she appears. The switch at the far end will trigger another cutscene.
After the cutscene, climb down the broken ladder in the northern section of this floor. This will take you down to the platform of an inoperative elevator. Crouch, switch off your flashlight and you will hear the Girl. Keep calm and back away, and she will leave.
It is important to use the map to reach the northwestern lever, as our directions will not be quite as helpful with the area being pitch-black. If you can reach one of the units and activate it, you will create an illuminated safe area that the Girl cannot enter. Use this to your advantage, move quickly between safe areas and do not forget that one shot from the Requiem will temporarily incapacitate her.
Afterwards, you need to reach the distributor in the Control Room to the southwest. You will see that it is missing a crank and that there is a door to the north, in the northwestern corner of the Control Room. Go through it.
Inside that room, you will find the Crank Handle for the distributor you just saw. Be careful, as the Girl will inevitably catch you. Do not worry, as you will not take any damage. Shoot her with the Requiem, then quickly use the Crank Handle on the distributor. Activating it will frighten the monster away. The eastern distributor in the Chemical Treatment area is all that remains. You should have no trouble reaching it; simply make your way around the area.
The problem is that the lever is stuck, so you must hold down the action button for a while. Shoot the Girl again with the Requiem and you will have enough time to move the lever. Return to the elevator on the northern side, which will now be operational. Once upstairs, run to the spotlight and activate it, then press the other switch. There is no need to shoot; simply let nature take its course.
Return to the safe room where you left Emily. When the time comes, shoot or do not shoot—the choice is yours. Once the cutscenes have ended, it will be very clear where we are heading next.
