While playing as Grace and progressing through the story of Resident Evil Requiem, you can obtain an item called a Stabilizer. This consumable steadies Grace's aim and increases the damage she deals when firing. Most importantly, it reduces the Requiem's recoil, making it particularly useful by shortening the time between shots.
It can be obtained in the Game Room during the Patient Center (III) section, in the west wing of the ground floor. It is behind the Red Jewel door. The jewel can be obtained in the President's Office by examining the Unicorn Box. You will pass through this room as part of the story while solving the Puzzle Box puzzle. Once you have the jewel, you can open the door in the corridor and enter the Game Room.

The one in the Game Room is the only Stabilizer you can find in the entire game. To obtain more, you must find Empty Injectors and complete the Blood Sample (Reversible) analysis to unlock the crafting recipes for Stabilizers and Steroids.
There are a total of three Empty Injectors you can obtain throughout the game, plus one extra on Madness difficulty. They can be found in the following locations:
The first is in the Level 1 security room in the Hematology Lab, in the northeastern section of the ground floor.
The second is in the Records Room, in the southwestern corner of the first floor.
The third injector is in the Cells in the tunnels. It is inside a cell that opens once you have all three plugs. When you pass through the corridor before connecting them, the zombie inside will break down the door, allowing you to enter and collect it.
If you are playing on Madness difficulty, there is an additional Empty Injector in the Kitchen on the Patient Center's ground floor. It replaces the Steroids or Stabilizer found in the Game Room.
