All Safes in Resident Evil Requiem: Locations and Solutions

Here are all the safes in Resident Evil Requiem, where to find them, and the combinations needed to open them. Grace will find some very useful items inside.

In Resident Evil Requiem, Grace can open several combination safes. This is a mechanic we've seen in previous entries, requiring you to find the exact numbers needed to open them. Each safe contains a selection of different items. This section of the guide explains where to find every safe and how to open it.

How to open safes

Every safe is opened using a numbered dial. The idea is to find the combination and enter it. However, bear in mind that you shouldn't press confirm until you've entered the third number. To explain it in a little more detail:

For example, if the combination were 30-80-40, you would need to do the following:

  • Turn the dial until it reaches 30, without going past it. If you overshoot, keep turning the dial until you reach 30 again.
  • It doesn't matter which direction you turn the dial. You just need to make sure you change direction after reaching each number. Despite what the notes say, we've tested this on every safe.
  • Once you reach 30, turn the dial in the opposite direction until you reach 80.
  • Once again, stop and turn the dial in the opposite direction until you reach 40.
  • Only press confirm after entering all three numbers.

Bar and Break Room safe

You'll find this safe during Patient Center (III). It's located in the Bar and Break Room in the west wing, on the first floor. You'll pass through this area as part of the story, but bear in mind that all the infected enemies in the room will come after you.

The safe is behind the bar, in the northwest corner. The combination is 10-80-30. You'll receive 3 Ancient Coins. In Madness mode, the combination is 20-50-30.

Examination Room safe

You'll find this safe during Patient Center (III). It's in the southeast corner of the Examination Room, which you'll pass through while exploring the east wing of the ground floor.

The safe is on a shelf in the corner. The combination is 30-10-50. You'll receive 3 Ancient Coins. In Madness mode, the combination is 50-30-90.

Tunnels safe

You'll find this safe during Patient Center (V). After going through the door west of the Furnace, you'll enter an area containing a zombie, a wheelbarrow, one of the power outlets, and an office to the north.

The safe is inside that office. The combination is 60-40-80. You'll receive handgun ammo and a Mr. Raccoon Map (Rhodes Hill). In Madness mode, the combination is 70-50-20.

Sterilization Room safe

You can find this safe during ARK (II). It's in the northeast corner of the Sterilization Room, which you'll have to pass through as part of the story.

The combination is 10-90-20. It contains general resources. In Madness mode, the combination is 80-50-0.

Monitor Room safe

You'll also find this safe during ARK (II). The Monitor Room is southwest of the Lobby. To reach this area, you'll need to progress through the chapter until you obtain the key that opens the door leading into the Lobby.

The combination is 50-60-80, and the safe contains general resources. In Madness mode, the combination is 20-0-70.
