As you progress through the Patient Center (IV) section of Resident Evil Requiem, Leon can open several special cabinets by using his axe to force their locks. Inside, you will find resources and some special collectibles. They will prove particularly useful when exploring the area during your first playthrough. Here are the locations of them all:
This will be the first cabinet you encounter, and it will be directly in your path.
It contains a Compensator for the Alligator Snapper and the Basement Safe Code file.
This cabinet is in the west wing of the first floor. It can be found at the corner of the corridor between the Bar and Lounge and the Gallery, heading west from the entrance to the President's Office.
It contains ammunition and the Dishwasher's Note file.
It can be found in the Records Room in the southwestern corner of the first floor, in the Patient Center's west wing.
Inside, you will find a Mixed Herb (G+G), ammunition and a Mr. Raccoon.
It is in the Pantry in the southwestern section of the ground floor. Remember that the door is locked. To open it, you will need the Pantry Key, which is dropped by the Cook when you kill him.
Inside, you will find the Connoisseur Charm.
This cabinet can be found in the room south of the Documentation Room, in the northwestern section of the ground floor.
It contains an Injection and ammunition.
