As you progress through Resident Evil Requiem, you can obtain a variety of charms. These items provide Leon and Grace with special effects. Some improve weapon efficiency, while others enhance your character's abilities. However, bear in mind that they are exclusive to each character and work differently for each of them. Here is how to get them all.
These are all the charms that Grace can use. Bear in mind that Grace's charms are activated simply by keeping them in your inventory, so you do not need to equip or use them. From your second playthrough onward, all the charms you previously obtained will be waiting in the item box, so you will not need to collect them again.
Increases the knife's power and durability.
This Grace charm can be found in the Patient Center's Pantry.
To get inside, you must defeat the Cook, who will roam around the Kitchen and the corridor connecting it to the Central Hall once you have progressed far enough through the game. You can kill him with a Hemolytic Injector if you catch him by surprise, or shoot him in the head a couple of times to stun him. Once he dies, he will drop the Pantry Key, which you can use to unlock the door.
Increases the chance of surviving lethal damage.
You can obtain this Grace charm by defeating the Chunk in the Patient Center. The Chunk is the gigantic monster that attacks you on the first floor of the east wing, the one that is too large to even fit through the corridors. Three shots to the head with the Requiem should be enough to kill it.
Increases firepower.
This Grace charm can be obtained from the Special Content section by redeeming points.
These are all the charms that Leon can use. Bear in mind that Leon's charms are activated by equipping them to weapons. From your second playthrough onward, you can buy any charms you previously obtained from the Supply Box, so you will not need to collect them again. You can find them in the charms section of the weapon upgrade menu, where they cost 0 credits.
Increases firepower.
This Leon charm can be found inside the Pantry cabinet.
Increases firepower only when no scope is equipped. (rifles only)
It can be found inside BSAA container #04.
Increases firepower, but also increases aim sway. (automatic weapons only)
This charm can be obtained during Chapter 12 (spoiler warning). To get it, you must obtain the Locker Key in the Operations Room. Climb onto the boxes by the east wall, look toward the monitor and pick up the Locker Key. You can use it to open the locker against the west wall of the West Office, where you will find the charm... and a few other things.
Grants unlimited penetration and increases the firepower of the last bullet in the cylinder. (Requiem only)
This charm can be obtained during Chapter 12 (spoiler warning). Head to the office in the northwestern part of the first floor, west of the Library. Once there, go to the northwestern corner and look for a briefcase. Enter the code RRR to open it. The charm is inside.
Increases firepower at medium range, but reduces it at close range. (shotguns only)
This charm can be obtained during Chapter 12 (spoiler warning). After completing the main objective and leaving the building through the hole in the northeastern section, head left until you reach the garage. Look by the west wall, next to the van that has crashed into it. The teddy bear will be beside the driver's door.
Increases bullet penetration. (handguns only)
This charm can be obtained from the Special Content section after you have defeated a total of 300 enemies.
