During Chapter 10 (spoiler warning) of Resident Evil Requiem, while playing as Leon, you will be able to open several BSAA containers containing various items, including a special weapon. You need a special key to open them, which you will obtain as part of the story. Here are the locations of every container, numbered according to the number printed on the outside.
This should be the first container you can open. It is in the Central Camp in East Raccoon City, immediately to the left of the tent.
Inside, you will find a Repair Kit that you need to progress through the story.
It can be found on the street east of the Gas Station in East Raccoon City.
When you arrive, you will see the container blocked by a large pile of rubble. Go around the obstacles to the left until you find a ladder you can climb. From there, you will be able to shoot a gas cylinder, but do not fire at it yet.
The container door is directly below you, and there are three zombies inside. This is where the gas cylinder will come in handy. Inside, you will find the Marksman 1A rifle.
It is located on the first street you explore in East Raccoon City, opposite the Applegate Hotel. However, you cannot open it the first time you encounter it. You must wait until you obtain the key as part of the story.
Once you have the key, follow the route for Mr. Raccoon #4 and Mr. Raccoon #5 to return to the first street. Enemies will appear as you approach, so be careful.
Inside, you will find the BSAA Emblem Charm and an item worth 8,600 credits.
