As you make your way through Resident Evil Requiem, Grace can collect several Blood Specimens that can be used with the Blood Analyzer in the Blood Lab, located in the East Wing on the first floor of the Care Center. Later on, they can also be analyzed using another computer on the second floor of the West Wing, although the result will be the same. Analyzing each specimen involves completing a small puzzle, and solving it allows Grace to craft new items. Below you'll find every Blood Specimen, where to find it, and the solution to its analysis puzzle:
This specimen is in the same room as the Blood Extractor, immediately to the right of the analysis machine in the Blood Lab.
When analyzing the specimen, simply press the top-left node to solve the puzzle.
You'll unlock the following crafting recipes:
This specimen is in the room next to the Blood Lab. You'll need to wait until you obtain the Level 1 ID Wristband as you progress through the story before you can open the door. The specimen is at the back of the room on the left, next to a file. When analyzing it, press the nodes in the order shown in the image below:

This specimen is in the Closet, the room south of the Waiting Room in the Care Center's East Wing. You'll also need the Level 1 ID Wristband to open it.
On Insanity difficulty, it will be in the Records Room, in the southwestern area of the second floor.
