Throughout the story of Resident Evil Requiem, you'll have to solve several puzzles to progress or earn additional rewards. We're not talking about finding item X to open lock Y, but rather proper, old-school puzzles whose solutions may either change or remain the same depending on the circumstances. In this case, we'll explain how to solve the Organ Transport Box puzzle, which you'll encounter during Patient Center (III).
To solve this puzzle, you'll need to reach the Garage in the southwestern corner of the Patient Center's ground floor. You can reach this area by heading past the Janitor's Office. The hallway leading there can be accessed through the Level 1 security door in the southwestern corner of the ground floor. You'll obtain the ID wristband needed to open it as part of the story. Once inside the Garage, head to the southwestern section shown below.
You'll see the Organ Transport Box sitting on the open bed of a truck. Mist is pouring out of it, so you can't miss it.
Once you have the box, examine it and turn it over. You'll be able to remove a panel, giving you access to the box's locking mechanism. If you've done everything correctly, the box will open and you'll receive the Artificial Lungs, which can be used on the Organless Corpse in the Examination Room.
