These are all the Hip Pouches Grace can collect in Resident Evil Requiem. Each one increases her inventory capacity by two slots, making them essential for avoiding space problems.

While progressing through the story of Resident Evil Requiem, Grace can obtain several Hip Pouches that increase her inventory capacity by two slots each. This makes them particularly important, as she has very little space available for key items and resources. This section of the guide shows you where to find them all.

Do Hip Pouches carry over between playthroughs?

No. You must collect them again during every new playthrough after completing the game.

Game Room Hip Pouch

You can obtain this Hip Pouch in the Game Room during the Patient Center (III) section, in the west wing of the ground floor. It is behind the Red Jewel door. The jewel can be obtained in the President's Office by examining the Unicorn Box. You will pass through this room as part of the story while solving the Puzzle Box puzzle. Once you have the jewel, you can open the door in the corridor and enter the Game Room.

You must exchange three Ancient Coins to obtain this Hip Pouch. If you do not have any, there are three in the Game Room itself: one to the right of the entrance, one on the counter at the back and another behind the counter, which you can obtain by breaking the vase.

Documentation Room Hip Pouch

This Hip Pouch is in the Documentation Room during the Patient Center (III) section, in the northwestern corner of the ground floor.

This door requires the ID Bracelet (Level 1), a key item that you obtain while progressing through the story.

Processing area Hip Pouch

You can obtain this Hip Pouch during Patient Center (V). The Hip Pouch is inside the room behind the southwestern door in Processing.

To reach it, you first need two Joint Plugs, which must be inserted into the machine in the Processing Tank area. To unlock this machine, you also need the Bunk Room Key, found beyond the southern door in the corridor south of the Boilers.

After following the route opened by activating the machine, you will reach the Processing area. At the end of the walkway, you will find the Cart Key. Use it on the nearby machine to lift the crates and gain access to the room containing the Hip Pouch.

Bioweapons Silo 05 Hip Pouch

This Hip Pouch can be obtained during ARK (II). Once you have progressed far enough and need to search for the Refinery Key, head west from the Lobby until you reach a second Lobby containing stairs leading down to Bioweapons Silo 05. Once there, open the container in the lower-right corner of the storage area.
