Patient Center (VI) is the eighth chapter or eighth part of the story of Resident Evil Requiem. It begins after starting the helicopter in the Courtyard with Grace. As usual, throughout this walkthrough we will provide directions to help you complete as much of the game as possible, avoiding spoilers wherever possible while ensuring that you obtain all collectibles, receive help with puzzles and more.
As soon as the chapter begins, you will have the Classic 70 equipped. Jump through the window and head east along the only available path until you reach a terrace from which you must provide covering fire for Grace.
Before doing anything else, however, look to the left from the railing. See the spot indicated below? That is where you will find the best-hidden Mr. Raccoon in the game.
Quickly aim to the right, as it is time to cover Grace.
Pay close attention to the explosive barrel near the door, just to its left. Although the zombies should go down with a single shot, the Cook will appear later (even if you killed it previously). Shoot the explosive barrel to make sure you deal additional damage to it.
Once Grace is safe, you can jump over the railing and climb down. Eliminate a couple of enemies, collect any items they drop and run to the chapel.
Open the menu and select Classic 70 > Sights to remove the telescopic sight, making the weapon easier to use against that enormous creature. The idea is to aim at the orange masses protruding from its body, which are its weak points. Bear in mind, however, that when they burst, they will transform nearby zombies into Mutant Heads.
Two rifle shots will destroy one of these growths. Alternatively, if you can throw an axe at one—using those carried by enemies—and then perform a melee attack, you will destroy it instantly. Once you destroy them all, the monster will fall. Take the opportunity to collect some items around the area before finishing off the remaining enemies. After a few seconds, you will automatically move on. Once again, we will switch to controlling Grace.
