Throughout the story of Resident Evil Requiem, you'll have to tackle a few puzzles to progress or earn additional rewards. We're not talking about finding item X for lock Y, but proper old-school puzzles with solutions that may be fixed or vary depending on the circumstances. In this case, we'll explain how to solve the Puzzle Box puzzle, which you'll encounter during Patient Center (III).
You'll come across this puzzle as you progress through Patient Center (III). It can be found in the southwest corner of the President's Office, on the first floor of the west wing.
When you interact with it, you'll discover that it is a combination box requiring you to enter four symbols in a specific order.
The solution should be Moon - Sun - Star - Moon. If it happens to change, you can discover it by obtaining the President's Note document. To reveal it, use the Pencil from the office next door to shade over the notepad on the small table in the middle of the Puzzle Box room.
Inside the box, you'll find the Moon Quartz, an item required to progress through the story.
