The Blue Medallions count as both requests and collectibles in Resident Evil 4 Remake. There are 30 medallions spread across 6 different areas of the game. You need to shoot every medallion in each set and then collect Spinels from the Merchant as your reward. In this section, we'll show you the location of every Blue Medallion area and each individual medallion:
It is on the northern corner of the building containing the typewriter. Walk past the building and look south to see it hanging beneath the overhang.
It is inside the barn in the central area. Go inside and look behind the beams on the left, as it is slightly hidden. You can easily destroy it by approaching from the windows on the opposite side.
You will find it in the barn to the east-northeast. Approach from the western side and look up to see it hanging from the upper-floor window frame.
You will find it in the shed west of the pig pen. Look up between the roof beams to spot it.
The final medallion is in the northeastern corner of the area. Look behind the locked chest to see it.
It is in the large Quarry area. Look north from the center to see it hanging from a tower outside the accessible area.
To reach the Fish Farm, which contains 3 medallions, head west after passing the Merchant's shop, just before going out onto the Lake. The first medallion is inside the shack on the left at the T-shaped junction, right at the beginning of the area.
The second medallion is west of the first one, as shown on the map above. Make your way through the water and you will find it beside a fence, beneath the area where enemies fire crossbows at you.
The final Fish Farm medallion is to the north. Go to the western end of the Fish Farm and walk underneath the bridge. From there, look toward the western side of the palisade to see the medallion beneath the bridge.
Although it technically counts as part of the Quarry, this medallion is on the shore of the Lake. Just past the Merchant, its location will appear on your map after you climb down the ladder before the boat.
You need to aim from the far-right end of the area, where Leon is positioned on the map above. Look north and underneath the wooden boards in front of you to spot it.
You can destroy three medallions from the cannon platform. Stand at its southern end and you will find:
Now that you know where they are, you can move closer if you would rather use your handgun than a rifle.
This is the medallion in the northwestern corner, next to the treasure chest. You should have no trouble reaching it.
This is the southwesternmost medallion on the location map. To reach it, go to the western end of the Castle Gate and climb the ladder west of the cannon to reach the scaffolding. Look south from there to see it hanging from the branches of a tree beyond the castle wall.
The final medallion is underneath the cannon. From the previous medallion, simply climb down the ladder to enter the structure that raised the artillery piece, then look up to see it hanging from the ceiling.
It is at the western end of the ground floor. Before reaching the double doors you originally entered through, look south to see it hanging from the ceiling.
It is on the opposite side from the first medallion. Look behind the pillar east of the chimera statue.
The final medallion in the Grand Hall is attached to the chandelier hanging over the central area. Go up to the first floor and look at the chandelier from the northern railing. You will easily spot the medallion attached to its central section.
You will find this medallion on the northeastern wall of the Dining Hall, the room north of the chimera statue. Look between the curtains covering the northeastern window to see it.
This medallion is in the Armory, where the parasite-infested suits of armor attack you. To reach it, go through the northern door on the first floor of the Grand Hall. Before jumping down, look toward the southern wall to see it above a chair.
The final medallion is in the Gallery, southwest of the Grand Hall. Look at the far end of the underside of the bridge to spot it.
The first medallion is to the east, outside the accessible area. Stand on the stairs and look east to see it beyond the fences.
The second is above the entrance to the Cargo Depot. Go up the stairs and turn around to see it hanging from the structure overhead.
The next medallion is in the lower area, after climbing down the ladder. Follow the southern wall west and you will easily spot it ahead of you, against a red shipping container.
To find the fourth medallion, go to the southwestern corner of the ground floor and then look up. You will see it hanging from the tower.
You will see the final medallion by looking east from the northwestern corner of the ground floor. It is clearly visible beside the metal fence.
The first medallion is the easternmost one and can be found above the stairs in the southern part of the area. Stand east of the stairs and look through the scaffolding to spot it more easily.
The second medallion is in the lower area, which you can reach by climbing down the ladders in the southern section. It is to the right of the chest. You can shoot it from the path leading to the door into the next area without having to climb down.
To find the third and northernmost medallion, you need to climb down to the lower area. After leaving the tunnel, look through the first stone archway to see the medallion hanging from a rock.
The fourth medallion is among the scaffolding on the left-hand side before the door.
Finally, the last medallion is at the top of the bell tower above the exit. Move away from the door, turn back toward it and look up to spot the medallion.
