Resident Evil 3 Remake: T-Virus Vaccine Puzzle Solution

Resident Evil 3 Remake features a handful of puzzles, as we've already explained throughout our complete guide to the game. This time, we're going to focus specifically on the solution to the T-Virus vaccine puzzle, which you'll need to complete as part of the story in the NEST 2 laboratories near the end of the adventure. With our help, you'll have no trouble solving it.

How to synthesize the T-Virus vaccine in Resident Evil 3 Remake

As mentioned above, this puzzle is a mandatory part of the story in NEST 2. Once you reach this laboratory, you'll need to synthesize the T-Virus vaccine. To do so, you'll need the following two items:

• Adjuvant Sample: You can pick it up on 2F, inside a cabinet with a green light.
• Antigen Sample: You'll find it in Lab 1, also on 2F.

You shouldn't have much trouble finding both items while exploring the laboratory. Once they're in your inventory, combine them to create the Vaccine Base. Next, return to the room on the laboratory's second floor where you picked up the Override Key. Once there, head over to the machine used to create the T-Virus vaccine.

Percentage puzzle solution

This puzzle gives you three controls with different settings: LOW, MID, and HIGH. Each setting changes the percentages shown on the display. The trick is to set them correctly so that all three percentages read 50%.

If you'd rather work it out with a few hints, here's what each setting does:

• Control 1 (MID): +30, +10, +10.
• Control 1 (HIGH): +40, +20, +20.
• Control 2 (MID): +10, +10, +10.
• Control 2 (HIGH): +20, +40, +40.
• Control 3 (MID): +40, +30, +20.
• Control 3 (HIGH): +40, +40, +20.

If you just want the solution right away, use the following settings:

• Left control: Set it to MID.
• Middle control: Set it to HIGH.
• Right control: Set it to LOW.

And that's it. Once you've entered these settings, all three percentages will reach 50%, and you'll be able to collect the T-Virus vaccine and continue toward the end of the game.
