Mr. Charlie dolls are collectibles in Resident Evil 3 Remake, scattered throughout the different areas of the game.
There are 20 Mr. Charlie dolls in total, and you need to destroy them with either your knife or a firearm for them to count as collected. Finding them all will allow you to complete one of the game’s toughest Records. Bear in mind that the dolls count as found the moment they are destroyed, even if you are subsequently killed, switch to a different difficulty or start a new game. In other words, once you have "collected" one, it remains collected across every playthrough on your account and will not appear again.
Here are the exact locations of every Mr. Charlie doll in Resident Evil 3 Remake.
As soon as you reach Downtown, turn around instead of following Carlos. Head up the stairs and look to your right, between the two newspaper vending machines.
Behind the counter, between the microwave and the wall.
This is the room containing the safe and the Handgun Sight, which you can reach from the alley’s fire escape. Look up on the right-hand side to spot the doll.
You will need to wait until you obtain the Lock Pick before you can enter the store on the southeastern corner. You will spot the doll as soon as you go inside, next to the Mega Man statue.
This is the building with the "Kite Bros. Railway" door in the alley behind Moon’s Donuts, where you find the Fire Hose. Go through the first door in the hallway and look underneath the desks.
It is inside the safe room, before you head down the stairs. Look in the corner opposite the item box and typewriter.
At the bottom of the ladder leading to the Lab, look through the bars.
Immediately after going through the Sewers exit door, turn around as you head up the stairs. Look up and you should have no trouble spotting it.
After making your way through the Construction Site and crossing the alley next to Kendo’s Gun Shop, you will find it as soon as you enter the house:
As soon as this section begins, before entering the Police Station, head down the stairs and go through the tunnel to reach the other side. You will find the doll next to the plants by the building’s facade.
This is the room containing the lockers and keypad. The doll is on top of the shelves in the northwestern corner.
You will find it just after leaving the first safe room, in the area with the bunk rooms. It is in the second room on the right. You might accidentally destroy it while clearing the tunnel with a Mine Round.
After leaving the tunnel, continue forward until you reach a bridge. Just before crossing it, look to your left to find a green van. The doll is next to the rear right-hand side of the van.
It is in the hallway Carlos must pass through, immediately after leaving Reception.
It is just past the top of the stairs, so you will have to walk right past it.
Inside the trash can next to the southern door.
Bear in mind that you can still destroy any Mr. Charlie dolls you missed while playing as Carlos.
It is sitting on a forklift just before you head down to the Hospital’s underground levels.
Immediately after squeezing between the shelves, just past the lone zombie, look at the shelving unit on your right.
It is on the balcony, near the machine where you obtain the Override Key.
You need to continue until you obtain the Override Key. You can then use it to open the door in the safe room hallway, head up the stairs and enter Lab 1. Open the western door to reach this isolated section of the hallway.
