As in almost every game in the series, Resident Evil 3 Remake gives you a letter grade when you finish the story, with S rank being the highest grade possible. Unlike in the original games, using First Aid Sprays does not count against you. The only things that matter are your completion time and how many times you save the game. Keep in mind that the timer stops when the game is paused, but continues running while you are in the menus or looking at the map.
