Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced: All Underwater Shipwrecks

Among the many collectibles you can find and/or complete in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced are the underwater shipwrecks. These are a series of wrecks found at fixed locations that require the Diving Bell, which you automatically obtain as part of the story, and allow you to explore the depths and collect special treasures. There are several things you should bear in mind while exploring these areas:

• You'll use up oxygen while underwater, so you'll need to use air barrels or return to the Diving Bell to replenish it.
• You must avoid the sharks and jellyfish swimming around these areas. Jellyfish deal damage on contact, while sharks will lunge at Edward if they spot him, forcing you to dodge them in a short QTE.
• The Diving Bell is mandatory. Even if you've enabled infinite oxygen, you cannot simply dive down to these wrecks from the surface.
• You can enable infinite oxygen so you don't have to worry about running out while exploring the shipwrecks.

San Ignacio Wreck (348,745)

This wreck is part of the Diving for Medicines main mission and should be the first one you can access after purchasing the Diving Bell for your ship. It is located in the northeastern part of Dry Tortuga.

There are a total of 7 chests in this wreck. You'll find three in the southern area: one to the south, another to the north and the third near the central-northeastern section.

These three chests contain money. You can reach the northern area by following the path visible to the west. Open the hatch in the remains of the ship, head inside and move a beam to reveal the route to the northern section. This is where you'll find the other four chests in the San Ignacio area.

You'll find money and the Elite Hull Armor Plans for your ship.

Atocha Wreck (600,636)

This wreck is located in the northwestern part of Gibara, the central region on the eastern side of the map.

There are a total of 8 chests in this wreck: seven regular chests and one secret chest. The wreck consists of a single area, and you can reach all of them once you know their locations by using the map below. The only exception is one of the chests near the ship's stern, which you can reach by swimming through a hole in the hull at the back of the ship.

You'll find money and the Elite Mortars Plans.

Black Trench (184,425)

This wreck is located southwest of Castillo de Jagua, the western region in the central part of the map.

There are a total of 8 chests in this wreck, even though the game says there are only seven. They're all fairly easy to locate and are scattered among the remains of the sunken ship.

They contain money and the Broad Sword.

Devil's Eye Caverns (456,332)

This wreck is located in the southern part of Cruz, the eastern region in the central area of the world map.

You'll find 10 chests in this wreck, which is divided into several different areas. The locations of the 2 chests in the starting area are shown below:

Take the northeastern tunnel, as the northwestern one cannot be accessed from here, and look for another two chests in the chamber to the left of the junction in the underwater tunnel, just before reaching the second area.

Continue northeast through the tunnel until you reach the second area, which contains 3 more chests.

Inside the ship's hold containing the northern chest, you'll find a tunnel that allows you to continue exploring the wreck. You'll come across another chest at the first left turn.

Continue through the tunnel until you surface inside an underwater cave. You'll find another 2 chests: one in the dry area and another underwater after jumping from the beam to continue through the tunnel. Finally, the tunnel will carry you along in a current for a while. When it stops, look down before continuing to find the final chest. Follow the tunnel back to the starting area and return to the ship.

La Concepción Wreck (150,271)

You'll find this wreck in the central part of Chinchorro, the region in the southwestern corner of the map.

There are 10 chests in this wreck. Their locations are shown below.

You'll receive the Elite Ram Plans and money.

The Blue Hole (440,145)

This wreck is located in the southwestern part of Charlotte, the eastern region in the central area along the southern edge of the map.

There are 11 chests in this wreck. This is another wreck consisting of a single area, so they're relatively easy to find. Their locations are shown below.

You'll receive money and the Elite Broadside Cannons Plans.

Kabah Ruins (738,120)

The final wreck is located in Navassa, the southeasternmost region on the world map.

There are 12 chests in this wreck. The chests are spread across more than one area. You'll find a total of 11 chests in the first area, and their locations are shown below.

All these chests contain money. The final chest is inside the northern tunnel and contains the Elite Round Shot Strength Plans. Be careful, as an intermittent current in the tunnel will push you back several meters unless you take shelter in the side chamber.
