Among the activities involving the Jackdaw in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, you'll come across a special type of timed event known as Burning Ships. These events are tied to an achievement/trophy called Last to Leave, so you'll probably end up hunting them down at some point. What you may not know is that they're relatively easy to find.
There are three things you should bear in mind when looking for a Burning Ship:
It's this last point that matters most. Below you can see two fixed locations where Burning Ship events can appear: one is west of Castillo de Jagua, near The Black Trench, while the other is north of Chinchorro and southwest of The Black Trench.
And here's the trick: spend some time completing activities in regions other than Castillo de Jagua or Chinchorro. After a while, fast travel to The Black Trench. From the spawn point, use your spyglass and you'll be able to see the Burning Ship if it has appeared at the first location shown above. If you can't find it, sail southwest to check the second location. If it isn't there either, try again later.
As for the Last One to Leave achievement/trophy, you need to make sure there's a chair in the middle of the deck. Bear in mind that whether the chair appears is random. This means you're dealing with two layers of randomness: first, the ship has to spawn, and then it has to spawn with the chair.
All you need to do is board the ship and sit in the chair to unlock what may prove to be one of the trickiest achievements/trophies in the game, simply because obtaining it depends so heavily on luck.
