Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced hides more than a hundred treasure chests across its map. These chests are marked with an icon showing their location when you get close enough or synchronize a nearby viewpoint. However, there are also several completely secret chests that can only be spotted once you physically approach them. Below, we'll show you where to find each one and what they contain.
The first secret treasure can be found in the northeastern corner of the Dry Tortuga region. More specifically, head to coordinates 421,939, northeast of the landmass in the region's northeastern corner.
Once you reach the exact spot, dive underwater and search among the coral to find the chest. It is relatively close to the surface, and Eagle Vision will reveal a faint glow.
This has the least valuable contents of all the secret chests, but it still contains 4,000 reales.
This secret chest can be found in the northwestern corner of Chinchorro. Head to the area north of the nearby settlement of Corozal. You are looking for coordinates 28,293.
As with the previous chest, once you reach the exact spot, you will need to dive underwater and search among the coral.
This chest contains the Explorer Outfit and the Aveline Figurehead for the Jackdaw.
The final secret chest can be found in a bay on the coast west of Kingston and south of Long Bay. The coordinates are 500,168.
You will need to dive underwater at that exact spot to find the secret chest.
It contains the Uncrowned Prince sword and the Guardian Beast Figurehead.
