
Among the many collectibles you can find and/or complete in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced are the Mayan Stelae. These are stone monuments found at special locations, each with a puzzle to complete. Once you reach one, you'll need to move a pattern until it lines up with the rocks and other features in the surrounding area. Solve the puzzle and you'll be able to collect the Mayan Stone hidden there.
Once you've collected them all, you can place them inside the tomb in Tulum to obtain a special set of armor.
These are all the Mayan Stelae you can find in Dry Tortuga, the northwesternmost region on the map:
You'll find this Mayan Stela in the southeastern part of Cape Bonavista, in the south-southwestern area of Dry Tortuga, the northwestern region.
From the southwestern viewpoint in Cape Bonavista, head east-northeast toward the area with the monkeys. From there, you can circle around and climb toward the marker by approaching the Stela icon from the northeast. You'll come across a cave that leads to the Stela.

You'll find this Mayan Stela in the southeastern part of Matanzas, between Havana and Cape Bonavista in the southern area of Dry Tortuga.
You can reach it without any trouble. Simply follow the eastern edge of the location and head up the beach until you find some rocks you can climb on the eastern side. The solution is shown below.
These are all the Mayan Stelae you can find in Eleuthera, the northeasternmost region on the map:
You'll find this Stela in the northwestern part of Cat Island, an island in southeastern Eleuthera.
It's on top of the cliff, and you don't need to do anything special to reach the pillar. The solution is shown below:
These are all the Mayan Stelae you can find in Gibara, the east-central region of the map:
This Mayan Stela is located on Great Inagua and is automatically obtained as part of the story.
These are all the Mayan Stelae you can find in Contoy, the region along the western edge of the central area of the map:
You'll find this Stela in the central part of Sacrifice Island, in northwestern Contoy.
It's in the middle of the ruined complex. The solution is shown below.
This Mayan Stela is in the northwestern part of Tulum, in southwestern Contoy.
To reach it, approach the icon from the northwestern side of Tulum, heading southwest from the northern part of the ruins. The solution is shown below.
These are all the Mayan Stelae you can find in Castillo de Jagua, the western region in the central part of the map:
You'll find this Stela in the southwestern part of Isla de Pinos, the location at the center of the region.

You'll find this Stela in the northwestern part of Tortuga, the island in northeastern Punta Guarico.

This Stela is located in the northern part of Santanillas, the island in southeastern Chinchorro.
It's in plain sight, so you don't need to do anything special to reach the pillar. The solution is shown below.
These are all the Mayan Stelae you can find in Serranilla, the south-southwestern region of the map:
You'll find this Mayan Stela in the elevated area northeast of the Misteriosa ruins, on the island at the center of Serranilla.
It's on the edge of the ruined wall overlooking the shore. The solution is shown below.
This Stela is on the southwestern shore of Misteriosa, southwest of the previous one.
It's located right beside the shore. The solution is shown below.
This Stela is located in the northwestern part of New Bone, in the southeastern corner of Serranilla.
You can reach the Stela without any trouble. The solution is shown below.
Providencia is a small area in the southeastern corner of Serranilla. Although it isn't technically a separate region, we've listed it separately because it's one of only two locations that require you to progress through the story before you can visit. More specifically, you won't be able to reach it until the Marooned mission in Sequence 8.
This Providencia Mayan Stela is in the southwestern part of the area, near one of the viewpoints.

Long Bay is technically part of Charlotte, but it's one of the areas in the game that won't be available until later. More specifically, you'll need to reach the end of Sequence 10 before you can access it.
The final Mayan Stela is in the southern part of Long Bay, where the ruins are located. It's just south of Long Bay's southern viewpoint.
