Among the many side missions you can complete in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, one type is known as Assassin Contracts. These are a series of missions accepted from pigeon coops scattered across the Caribbean that challenge you to eliminate specific targets in exchange for cash rewards. Complete the bonus objective as well and you'll earn some extra Reales.
Unless otherwise stated, all these missions will be available no later than Sequence 6 of the story.
In addition to the cash rewards, once you've completed half of all the Assassin Contracts (15 out of 30), you'll receive the Stealth Outfit and the Hidden Ones Sigil.
Once you've completed every contract, you'll receive the Spring-Steel Swords.
You can start this contract in Salt Key Bank, southeast of Dry Tortuga, the northwesternmost region on the map, at coordinates 467,604.
You'll be asked to eliminate a target, with an aerial assassination as the bonus objective. The target is near a watchtower, so simply climb it while the nearby guards aren't looking and wait for him to walk underneath.
This contract becomes available after completing the previous one. It is also in Salt Key Bank and begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous contract. This time, you'll be asked to eliminate the target from a stalking zone. This means places such as haystacks and hiding spots, including tall grass, where you can hide, assassinate your target and conceal the body in a single move. There's a patch of tall grass beside the target, so whistle to lure him over and earn the bonus.
You can start this contract in northern Havana, south-southwest of Dry Tortuga, the northwesternmost region on the map, at coordinates 214,596.
You'll need to eliminate the target from a hiding spot to earn the bonus. The target walks around the courtyard of a hostile area. Look for a small doorway in one corner of the courtyard and step inside to hide. Wait for the target to finish dancing and clapping, then whistle when he approaches your hiding spot and take him out.
This contract becomes available after completing the previous one. It is also in Havana and begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous contract. This time, you'll need to perform a double assassination to eliminate both targets simultaneously. Once you've found them, you'll notice that one stands in the tall grass while the other patrols the area. Climb onto the thatched roof beside the target in the grass and wait. The patrolling target will walk past him as part of his route, so wait for the prompt to appear.
You can start this contract in central Havana, south-southwest of Dry Tortuga, the northwesternmost region on the map, at coordinates 212,584.
For the bonus objective, you'll need to eliminate the target with a Rope Dart. The captain walks around a courtyard with a tree in the center. Eliminate the marksmen on the rooftops, jump onto the tree and wait for the captain to pass underneath. When the Hang prompt appears, use it to eliminate him and earn the bonus.
This contract becomes available after completing the previous one. It is also in Havana and begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous contract. The target walks around a courtyard containing several explosive barrels. Wait for him to move close to one, then shoot it to earn both the standard reward and the bonus. Bear in mind that you'll need to confirm the kill after taking him down with the barrel by approaching and finishing him off with the Hidden Blade. Don't worry—it will still count as a kill caused by the explosion.
You can start this contract in southern Havana, south-southwest of Dry Tortuga, the northwesternmost region on the map, at coordinates 221,573.
As with the previous contract, you'll be asked to eliminate the target with explosives. This time, look for the small red barrels scattered around the area where the target is wandering. You can easily spot them with Eagle Vision. Shoot one when the target passes close to it—they're placed in pairs—and then confirm the kill to collect your reward.
This contract becomes available after completing the previous one. It is also in Havana and begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous contract. Once again, you'll be asked to eliminate the target from a hiding spot to earn the bonus. In the harbor area where he's located, you'll find a haystack and a small hut you can hide in. Wait for the target or lure him over, then eliminate him to earn the bonus.
You can start this contract in northern Nassau, southwest of Eleuthera, the northeasternmost region on the map, at coordinates 598,763.
The contract asks you to eliminate the target from a hiding spot to earn the bonus. It's a fairly simple bonus objective: the enemy is in a hostile area, so hide in the tall grass and stealthily eliminate the regular enemies by luring them over. Once only the target remains, head to the patch of grass near Seepgood, whistle to draw him closer and take him out.
This contract begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous one after you've completed it. The bonus objective asks you to hang the target. He's wandering around an enemy camp in a wooded area, so simply climb onto a branch and wait for him to pass underneath until the "Hang" prompt appears.
You can start this contract in the central part of Andreas Island, southwest of Eleuthera, the northeasternmost region on the map, at coordinates 542,698.
You'll be asked to eliminate the target from a stalking zone to earn the bonus. He wanders around a hostile area with plenty of tall grass, so keep luring enemies over and assassinating them from the grass until he's the unlucky fool who approaches your personal killing ground.
This contract begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous one after you've completed it. For the bonus objective, you'll need to assassinate the leader of the poachers from a hiding spot. He can be found on Abaco Island, north-northeast of where you accept the contract. He patrols a camp with a pile of palm leaves on one side. Hide inside it, attract his attention and finish him off.
This contract can be started in the northern part of Crooked Island, in central Gibara, at 779,522.
You'll be asked to eliminate the target with an aerial assassination. The target is aboard a ship near the harbor, so climb onto it from the stern, scale the masts and drop down on top of him.
This contract begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous one after you've completed it. The bonus objective requires an aerial assassination. You'll find the target in Salt Lagoon, to the northwest. He walks around the island and will pass under several cliffs and trees, so it's easy to wait somewhere along his route and drop down on top of him.
This contract can be started in Arroyos, in the northwestern corner of Castillo de Jagua (161,544).
The bonus objective requires an aerial assassination. The target walks around the dock, so wait for him to move into position and drop down on top of him.
This contract begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous one after you've completed it. For the bonus objective, you'll need to kill the target with explosives. Detonate a barrel near the enemy and then approach him to confirm the kill.
This contract can be started in Grand Cayman, in the southwestern corner of Cruz (359,301).
You'll need to perform a double assassination to earn the bonus. Find the brothers inside the search area. They'll eventually stand beside each other, allowing you to perform a double assassination from a rooftop.
This contract begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous one after you've completed it. For the bonus objective, you need to position yourself above the target and use the Rope Dart to hang him.
This contract can be started in Corozal, southwest of Chinchorro, the region in the southwestern corner of the map (11,239).
The bonus objective asks you to hang the target, so wait for him from a tree along his route if you want to earn it.
This contract begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous one after you've completed it. To earn the bonus, you need to kill the target with an aerial assassination.
This contract can be started in New Bone, the settlement in southeastern Serranilla (411,89).
Wait for the target to pass close to a patch of tall grass and eliminate him from there to earn the bonus.
This contract begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous one after you've completed it. To earn the bonus, you'll need to hang the target with the Rope Dart. In this case, he'll pass underneath a plank resting on two pillars, which is where you need to position yourself.
This contract can be started in northern Kingston, in Navassa (618,175).
You'll be asked to eliminate the target from a stalking zone to earn the bonus.
This contract begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous one after you've completed it. For the bonus objective, you'll need to eliminate the target by making him fall from a ledge. Allow yourself to be detected, then kick him while his back is facing a drop.
This contract becomes available after the previous one and is also in Kingston, but farther south than the last two contracts.
The bonus objective asks you to kill the target with explosives, so detonate a nearby barrel and confirm the kill.

This contract is available in Port Royal, south of Kingston (603,136).

This contract begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous one after you've completed it. For the bonus objective, you'll need to eliminate both targets with a double assassination.
This contract can be accepted on Île à Vache, the island in central-southeastern Navassa (808,112).
The bonus objective requires you to eliminate the target from a stalking zone, such as tall grass.
This contract begins at the same pigeon coop as the previous one after you've completed it. To earn the bonus, you'll need to kill the target with explosives. Remember that the explosion will take him down, but you'll still need to approach the target and confirm the kill.
