El Independent Games Festival ha anunciado los juegos candidatos a sus premios oficiales. Los seleccionados han surgido de entre un total de 600 títulos presentados a estos premios.
A la lista de candidatos se suman también las menciones de honor, con las que se reconoce a juegos independientes que no han logrado estar entre los finalistas para las diferentes candidaturas pero que han destacado por su excelencia.
Los ganadores se anunciarán en la ceremonia que tendrá lugar en San Francisco (EE.UU.) el 21 de marzo, justo antes de la ceremonia de los Game Developers Choice Awards.
