Pokémon Champions is a completely free-to-play game, so it includes some of the systems commonly found in F2P titles, such as a Battle Pass. This level-based progression system rotates every season after a set number of weeks and includes useful rewards that you can claim if you spend enough time leveling it up.

The Pokémon Champions Battle Pass is free by default for all players during each season and features a single reward track, with rewards that can be claimed as you level it up.
However, it is important to note that some levels include free rewards, while certain others contain premium rewards that can only be claimed after paying for the premium pass. If you do not purchase it, these special rewards will appear with a padlock icon. You will still be able to level up the pass, but you will not be able to claim them.
Therefore, if you want to unlock and claim the premium rewards, you will need to purchase the Premium Battle Pass, which costs €9.99, including VAT, from the in-game store.
Keep in mind that the Premium Battle Pass is only valid for the duration of the current season. Once the season ends, the pass expires. When you purchase the Premium Battle Pass, you will immediately receive all the premium rewards corresponding to the levels you have already reached.
The Pokémon Champions Battle Pass offers a varied selection of rewards spread across a total of 50 levels. These include useful items, some of which may also be available from the in-game store in exchange for Victory Points.

Remember that a season in Pokémon Champions usually lasts around one month, giving you approximately 32 days to progress through the pass and claim its rewards.
To progress through the Pokémon Champions Battle Pass and gain levels, you need to accumulate Season Battle Points (SBP). These points are generally earned by taking part in Ranked Battles, much like Victory Points.
You will earn more or fewer SBP depending on whether you win or lose your battles. Either way, the important thing is to play as many battles as possible. The more you complete throughout the season, the more opportunities you will have to earn SBP.
Keep in mind that all accumulated SBP are reset when a season ends, and you will start again from level 1 with the next Battle Pass. You should therefore try to reach the highest level possible before each seasonal reset.
