In Pokémon Champions, the main way to get any Mega Stone for Mega Evolving Pokémon is through the specific section of the in-game shop. In the shop’s "Mega Stones" section, you will find each Mega Stone for sale for 2,000 Victory Points each:
That said, it is also possible to get some Mega Stones as rewards from the Battle Passes in Pokémon Champions. They can appear either among the rewards from the free Battle Pass tiers or among the rewards from the premium paid Battle Pass tiers. Keep an eye on the pass, since it changes every season, to see whether any Mega Stones are included among its rewards for your collection.
Finally, remember that you can also get a handful of Mega Stones for free by completing the Mega Evolution tutorial in the Training Center.
Some Mega Stones can also be received as a Mystery Gift in Pokémon Champions. For example, if you transfer from Pokémon HOME a Chesnaught, a Delphox, a Greninja and an Eternal Flower Floette caught in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, you will get their respective Mega Stones for free. Do not forget to check these gifts from time to time so you do not miss any!
Once you have obtained a Mega Stone, you can equip it to a Pokémon just like a battle item. To do this, open the "Box" menu and select the Pokémon you want, then move it to a slot in your current team.
Once the Pokémon is on your team, select it again and tap the "Give Item" option. On the next screen, switch between tabs until you reach the one called "Mega Stone". Here, you can choose the Mega Stone that allows that species to Mega Evolve:
This way, the Pokémon will keep the Mega Stone equipped, and you will be able to activate it once it enters battle. Obviously, it has to be the right Mega Stone for that Pokémon. Remember that the Mega Stone takes up the item slot, so that Pokémon cannot hold any other item while it has a Mega Stone equipped.
If you have already equipped a Pokémon with its matching Mega Stone, activating its Mega Evolution in battle is very simple. When it is that Pokémon’s turn, all you have to do is press the "Mega Evolution" button that appears to the left of the action icons, then choose a move to use:
This will make the Pokémon Mega Evolve right away, and it will stay in that form for the rest of the battle or until it is knocked out.
