Some of the Pals you encounter while playing Palworld may sparkle and be more special than the ordinary creatures roaming around the map. These should not be confused with Shinies from the Pokémon series, as they are not differently colored versions of the same creature (although this does apply to Pal variants with different elements). These sparkling creatures are actually known as Lucky Pals.
Since they are quite rare, you are probably wondering how to get them and what their special characteristics are. Well, pay attention. In this section of our guide, we will explain how to find Lucky Pals and how they differ from regular Pals. Take note.
Lucky Pals can be found randomly throughout the world of Palworld, just like any regular Pal. They share the same locations and habitats as their standard counterparts. In other words, a Lucky Lamball can appear in the same areas as a regular Lamball. The only difference is that Lucky Pals have a much lower chance of spawning.
You can recognize Lucky Pals by the sparkles surrounding them, as well as the sparkle icon next to their name, as shown in the following image:
Unfortunately, as far as we currently know, there is no way to increase the chances of Lucky Pals appearing more frequently. The only advice we can give you is to pay close attention to your surroundings in case one randomly spawns nearby.
As mentioned above, these Pals are extremely rare and uncommon, but they are fairly easy to spot because their glow makes them stand out among regular Pals. You can also hear a distinctive sparkling sound whenever a Lucky Pal is nearby. In addition, these Pals are larger than usual, and the light they emit makes them particularly noticeable at night.
Keeping these details in mind should make it easier to spot Lucky Pals.
We have already explained how to recognize them in the wild, but do Lucky Pals have any differences beyond their appearance? The answer is yes. Lucky Pals are better than their regular counterparts for the following reasons:
Now you know what makes Lucky Pals different. Make sure to catch them whenever you see one. Don't miss your chance, as you never know when you might find another.
