Palworld quickly established itself as one of the first breakout hits of 2024, selling millions of copies on Steam. However, as well as being available on PC, the game can also be played on Xbox consoles. Want to know whether it is included with Game Pass? Read on, as we'll tell you everything you need to know in this section of our guide.
The game's developer, Pocketpair, confirmed the news itself just a few days before its Early Access launch. The company reached an agreement with Microsoft to bring Palworld to Game Pass on day one, as you can see on the game's official Microsoft Store page:
This means that players with an active Game Pass subscription, whether on PC or Xbox consoles, have been able to download Palworld since January 19, 2024 and enjoy it at no additional cost instead of paying its usual retail price.
It is worth noting that the Game Pass versions of Palworld on PC and Xbox are not exactly the same as the Steam version, as there are certain differences, including the player limit in multiplayer sessions. Even so, the developers are already working to address this issue and have promised to bring the versions in line with one another.
