Among the many points of interest you can find across the map of The Blood of Dawnwalker, Witchcraft Vendor locations are among the most important. These merchants can sell Manuals for advanced Witchcraft skills. They aren't cheap, and some require you to complete side quests before you can trade with them, but they're well worth seeking out.
Keep in mind that their inventories aren't completely fixed and can change as the days pass, particularly when it comes to amulets and other equipment. Some Manuals may also be unavailable depending on what you've already acquired, so it's worth checking their stock again later if you can't find what you're looking for.
This merchant can be found at Vicho's House, in the northern part of Svartrau City. He only becomes available as a merchant after progressing through A Study in Crimson. Keep in mind that, depending on how you complete this quest and other quests involving him, Vicho can die.
Bear in mind that this shop is only accessible at night, as you'll need to enter Vicho's house via the terrace to speak to him. Vicho doesn't sell Manuals or recipes. Instead, he offers powerful amulets and rings that can be extremely useful for your build.
This is a regular merchant found in the Middens, southwest of Svartrau City, among the dilapidated huts.
This merchant mainly sells recipes, including the following:
Vera is a Witchcraft Vendor who can become permanently unavailable as you progress through the story. As you advance through Ambrus's Court activities, you'll eventually reach events that can lead to her death during The Bittersweet Toast. Her hut can be found on the eastern side of the Briar Sloughs, near the border with Maragir Wealds.
You can buy the following Manuals from her, along with several recipes and other items:
The Matriarch is the leader of the Uriash Village, a hidden settlement in the southwestern part of the map, west-northwest of Rockfalls. You can reach this location by progressing through Song of the Mountain. Make sure you avoid conflict with the uriashi and choose the peaceful options if you want to trade with the Matriarch once the quest is complete.
She can sell the following Manuals and recipes:
