Among the many points of interest you can find across the map of The Blood of Dawnwalker, Brencis's Banners are among the least numerous. There are just five banners scattered around Svartrau City, and tearing them all down unlocks the Capture the Flag achievement/trophy.
The banners are located above the entrances to Svartrau City. Find each of the city gates and you'll see a banner hanging above the portcullis. Climb onto the city walls and make your way into the gatehouse behind the banner, where you'll find a rope mechanism you can interact with to tear it down.
For obvious reasons, this is much easier to do at night, when you can use vampiric abilities such as Shadowstep to reach the walls with ease. However, once you're up there, you can travel along most of the city walls without returning to street level as you move between the different gatehouses. There are also several scaffolds that you can use to climb onto the walls.
Tearing down each banner consumes 1 time segment and rewards you with experience points. You'll also find a chest containing loot inside each gatehouse.
This banner hangs above The West Gate, on the southwestern section of Svartrau's city walls.
This banner hangs above The North-West Gate, on the northwestern section of the city walls.
This banner hangs above The North-East Gate, the main entrance on the northeastern side of the city walls.
This banner hangs above Dragosti Gate, the entrance located along the central section of Svartrau's southern wall.
This banner hangs above The South Gate, in the southeastern corner of Svartrau's city walls.
