This is a glitch that allows you to get properties for free.
You need to have enough money to buy a property and then go to its for-sale sign. Press Right to open the purchase confirmation screen. Press Right again to confirm and immediately pause the game. Select the option to replay a mission from the menu—preferably a short one—and complete it. When the game loads again, you’ll own the property without having spent any money.

To make easy money from stocks, invest in a company and then attack its competitors. When you do something in GTA V that affects a company—such as robbing a bank or destroying a plane—its share price will fall depending on how much damage you cause. For example, buy shares in AirEmu and then shoot down FlyUS planes.
Another option is to buy shares while their price is low. In this case, start by shooting down a company’s planes to lower its share price, buy the stock cheaply, and then destroy planes belonging to its competitor to make your shares rise. You can use the same method with Ron Oil and LTD Oil.
If you buy shares in Augury Insurance (AUG) and destroy cars, the company’s share price will rise.
Whenever a mission involves destroying a company’s business or reputation, make sure you buy shares in one of its competitors.
When playing as Franklin, you’ll be able to complete assassination missions for Lester. Before completing one of these missions, switch to the other characters and invest all their money in the company listed below. Then wait three in-game days before selling your shares. You can make a profit of up to 75%. The more you invest—particularly later in the game—the more you’ll earn.
When you’re not in a mission and your health is low, you can quickly restore it by switching characters and then immediately switching back to the character you were controlling.
You gain one stealth skill point for every minute you spend walking in stealth mode. The trick is to set up your controller so that your character walks automatically—for example, by holding the stick in place with a rubber band—and leave it like that for 100 minutes to max out the skill.
The Canis Mesa is an off-road vehicle that cannot be purchased in the game and which you aren’t normally supposed to be able to keep, but there is a way to get one.
During one mission, you’ll gain access to a Canis Mesa while escaping from a shootout. Don’t follow the road. Instead, take the path on the left down the hill to reach another road. A helicopter will chase you, but you shouldn’t have much trouble avoiding it. Drive to the garage at Michael’s house and park the vehicle inside. Then get into another vehicle and complete the mission.
Once the game has been saved, the Canis Mesa will be yours to keep, and it can also be customized.
The Minigun, also known as a Gatling gun, is a heavy weapon that prevents you from running or jumping but has enormous destructive power.
Go to Fort Zancudo and turn right at the first intersection, then head toward the radio tower on the right-hand side of the road. Enter the bottom of the building, turn left, and go through the double doors leading to the stairs. The Minigun is inside a room on the top floor. You’ll encounter plenty of resistance on the way, but once you’re inside the radio tower, you’ll be safe from tank fire.
Once you collect it, it will remain in your inventory even if you die. You can buy ammunition for it from stores.
Go to Fort Zancudo as Franklin and enter the base using a fast vehicle. Use the entrance near the main runway on the western side of the map. As soon as you get inside, activate Franklin’s special ability to slow down time for as long as possible. This will prevent your wanted level from rising to four stars while the ability remains active, giving you a little more time.
Look for a jet with an open cockpit inside or near the hangar to reduce the amount of time it takes to steal it even further.
Packie is a recurring character in the series. He appears early in GTA V while robbing a store with a friend. When you find him, he’ll ask you to get a getaway vehicle so they can escape. If you help him, he’ll be grateful and become available as a crew member for heists. His stats are above average, although he takes a 12% cut of the score.
Completing a mission automatically lowers your current wanted level.
An easier method is to drive to a mod shop and change the color of your vehicle. If the police don’t see you entering the building, you’ll instantly lose your current wanted level.
Since the police will search for the vehicle they saw you driving, switching to a different one will also help you lose them.

During the countdown before a race, hold down L1 without any weapons equipped to start driving. Use this trick to take an early lead and finish first easily.
Richman Mansion is a parody of the Playboy Mansion. It has no role in the main story, but you can explore it freely because there are no restrictions. It features elaborate decorations, fountains, and swimming pools, and at night it hosts a party with colorful lights. You may occasionally see women walking around topless or wearing bikinis.
It is located on Americano Way, near Vinewood Hills and next to the golf course.
When you rob the bank, shoot at the hostages. This will cause the SWAT team to come after you. Plan your escape so that one player carries the money while the other three protect them. A coordinated team can reach the Lectros with $1.25 million.
One member of the team should follow the blue route, which is the path you would normally take. The other three players should wait in their vehicles at the start of the route.
The player following the blue route will quickly come across a SWAT vehicle. They should drive it back to the start of the route and pick up the other three players. Now follow the red route, with two team members sitting in the back without shooting. Staying inside the vehicle is safer than using the motorcycles.
Don’t let your guard down when you reach the Dinghy, as the police will continue chasing you until the mission ends a few seconds later. Take out all the officers near the Dinghy and get into the boat.
