All GTA 5 Properties and How to Buy Them

Once purchased, properties will generate income every week. Most of them take around 60–70 in-game weeks to pay for themselves. Some properties can be purchased by any of the three characters, while others are exclusive to a specific one. Certain properties also have their own missions, which can increase their earning potential. These missions will appear on the map with a P icon after you receive a request on your phone.

Properties any character can buy

Puerto Del Sol Marina

• Unlocked: During the first few hours of the game.
• Location: Los Santos coastline.
• Cost: $75,000.
• Income: None.
• Each character can purchase one to store their watercraft.

Car Scrapyard

• Unlocked: During the first few hours of the game.
• Location: Southwest Los Santos.
• Cost: $275,000.
• Income: $150 per vehicle destroyed.
• Extra: You’ll earn money whenever you destroy different types of vehicles in the game, just like in previous GTA titles.

Tequi-la-la

• Unlocked: After completing a mission involving the collection of celebrity memorabilia.
• Location: Vinewood.
• Cost: $2,000,000.
• Income: $16,500 per week.

Pitchers

• Unlocked: During the first few hours of the game.
• Location: Vinewood.
• Cost: $750,000.
• Income: $7,100 per week.

The Hen House

• Unlocked: During the first few hours of the game.
• Location: Paleto Bay.
• Cost: $80,000.
• Income: $920 per week.

Sonar Collections Dock

• Unlocked: During the first few hours of the game.
• Location: Paleto Bay.
• Cost: $250,000.
• Income: $23,000 for every piece of nuclear waste collected.

Los Santos Golf Club

• Unlocked: During the first few hours of the game.
• Location: North Los Santos.
• Cost: $150,000,000.
• Income: $264,500 per week.

Properties only Franklin can buy

LSPD Auto Impound

• Unlocked: After completing Tonya’s towing missions.
• Location: South Los Santos.
• Cost: $150,000.
• Income: $500 per vehicle towed.

Downtown Cab Co.

• Unlocked: During the first few hours of the game.
• Location: East Vinewood, north of Los Santos.
• Cost: $200,000.
• Income: $2,000 per week.
• Extra: Franklin can use taxis for free and complete taxi missions.

Los Santos Customs
Unlocked: During the first few hours of the game.
Location: South of Sandy Shores, in Blaine County.
Cost: $349,000.
Income: $1,600 per week.
Extra: All car upgrades are free at this garage.

Smoke on the Water

• Unlocked: During the first few hours of the game.
• Location: Vespucci Beach, west of Los Santos.
• Cost: $204,000.
• Income: $9,300 per week.

Hookies

• Unlocked: During the first few hours of the game.
• Location: West coast of Los Santos.
• Cost: $600,000.
• Income: $4,700 per week.
• Michael can also buy it, but only one of the two characters can own it.

Vespucci Helipad

• Unlocked: During the first few hours of the game.
• Location: Vespucci Beach.
• Cost: $419,850.
• Income: None.
• Extra: Allows you to store your helicopters.
• Michael can also purchase the helipad and store his helicopters alongside Franklin’s.

Los Santos International Hangar

• Unlocked: During the first few hours of the game.
• Location: Los Santos International Airport.
• Cost: $1,378,600.
• Income: None.
• Extra: Allows you to store your planes.

• Cost: $30,000,000.

Hookies

• Extra: These missions count toward achieving 100% completion.

Vanilla Unicorn Strip Club

• Unlocked: During the main story.
• Location: Downtown Los Santos.
• Cost: None.
• Income: $5,000 per week.

Sandy Shores Airfield

• Unlocked: During the main story.
• Location: Sandy Shores.
• Cost: None.
• Income: None.
• Extra: Allows you to store helicopters and planes.
