Para activar la dificultad pesadilla (Nightmare) completa el juego en cualquier nivel de dificultad.
Tres estrellas fáciles en las misiones bonus
Selecciona el nivel difícil al cumplir una misión bonus, pero luego dentro de la misión cambia a fácil. Los enemigos serán fáciles como en el nivel fácil, pero tendrás tanto tiempo como en el modo difícil.
