La organización del E3 ha anunciado los candidatos a los premios oficiales del evento, que se ha celebrado este mes de junio en Los Ángeles, California. Entre los candidatos llama especialmente la atención Battelfield 1 que se convierte en el título con más opciones al acumular cinco nominaciones.
Solo podían ser candidatos los juegos disponibles en formato jugable en el E3, lo que excluye a títulos que solo fueron anunciados y motrados en vídeo.
