As with any game, Halo: Campaign Evolved raises a number of frequently asked questions as you play. Since we don't want any of your questions to go unanswered, this section of our FAQ explains whether you need PS Plus or Game Pass to play online.
First of all, as we've already explained, the game does not feature competitive multiplayer. Keep this in mind if that is what prompted your question. That said, if you want to play in online co-op, the usual subscription requirements for games with online features do apply.
To use the game's online co-op features on PS5 or Xbox Series X|S, you will need an active PS Plus or Game Pass subscription. Naturally, you do not need one to play in split-screen. Remember that the game supports full cross-play between consoles and PC, so you can play co-op with players across every version of the game.
