In the city of San Fierro, there are 50 points of interest that you need to photograph with the camera if you want to reach 100% completion. These are easter eggs, curiosities or tourist spots. If you do not have a camera, you can find one near the places where you need to take the snapshot. Finding the right spots is easy: simply aim with your camera and you will see a white symbol floating in the air that you need to photograph.

Another extra mission, which you unlock after completing "Customs Fast Track", is completing the list of export cars found at the San Fierro docks. You have to take the vehicles there and use the crane to load them for export. It does not matter too much if they are damaged; you will simply be paid less depending on how badly damaged they are.

Move the cars or bikes you want to keep close to your garage, put them inside and stay near the door so it cannot close. Then quickly get into the next vehicle and store it too. The trick is to put in as many vehicles as you can before the door has time to close, but do not store more than 4 or one of them may disappear.
Is one of your territories being attacked and you cannot go defend it? Don’t worry: just save the game and the attack will disappear.
You can use pistols, sawn-off shotguns, Uzis and Tec-9s in both hands once you reach Hitman level with them.
Get a jetpack and go to the top of the Gant Bridge. You will see a sign that says: "There are no easter eggs up there. Go away."
Shoot the moon with the sniper rifle and it will grow. Shoot it again and you will see it shrink.
Go to the Las Venturas gym and pass through the garage next to it. Stay in the passageway and look at the building across the street on your right. You will see people jumping from the roof, but only if you look from the spot we are pointing out. It is definitely a nod to Lemmings, especially considering that Rockstar North were the original creators of Lemmings, back when the company was called DMA...
If you leave the game running and do nothing, CJ will sing songs he has heard on the radio. These will be the songs you have listened to the most while driving. Just like in real life, when a song gets stuck in your head.
If you deliver a car to the export dock, you may notice that some of the parked cars there, not all of them, have strange license plates. One says "our fergie", another says "disco stu"... but there is one especially curious one that says "ea sucks", a little "sign of affection" toward Electronic Arts.
Do not move CJ for 2 or 3 minutes. The game interface will disappear and the camera will start showing things happening in the street at that moment: fights, chases, conversations...
In Los Santos, there is a wall painted with a heart, the Virgin Mary and an angel that says: Jesus Saves. In GTA 1 and 2, the buildings where you saved your game had exactly the same words written on them.
Note: this trick only works for paint. Take the vehicle you want to a modification shop in the city and, when selecting the paint job, press X and then, very quickly, Triangle. This way, you will not have to pay for it.
Find a katana, go into two-player mode by finding the icon with two red figures, and have the second player cut off your head. When you return to single-player mode, CJ will have no head and will have a rather nasty little stream of blood coming out of his neck...
If you go to pick up Barbara by car for a date, she may tell you that you are not fat enough to go out with her. Instead of gaining weight to meet her requirement, get a Sadler and bring a member of your gang with you. Once you do this, go to Barbara and do not get out of the car. She will assume you weigh enough, because your companion’s weight will be added to yours.
When the race starts, ignore all the other racers and go straight to the wooden ramp at the top of the mountain. Once there, try to pull off the hardest stunt you can think of. Before you land, or crash, you will respawn where you originally started, but with the reward for the stunt you performed.
If you put on the night vision goggles and play on the arcade machines, CJ will still be wearing them when you stop playing, but the "night vision" effect will be gone, so you can wear them in style.
Take a boat and head to deep water. Throw an explosive pack into the water. For some reason, the impact in the water will continue indefinitely, creating a constant splash in the middle of the ocean. This does not always happen.
Find a bicycle, go to a train station and wait for a train to stop. Jump onto the train in a way that lets you land on it without getting off the bike. When the train starts moving, the bike will begin to slide. At that moment, press X to pedal. The bike will start pedaling on top of the train, but it will always stay in the same place. You will notice that the bike’s wheels spin as fast as the train’s wheels, even though you keep pedaling at the same speed, which will increase your cycling skill. Warning: sometimes CJ and the bike may disappear, but this is not unusual; they will reappear when you get off the train.
If you date one of the girlfriends who gives bonuses, such as Katie or Barbara, and then restart the game, you will keep the bonuses even if you do not date them again.
Go to San Fierro and start the Photo Opportunity mission. Fail the mission, but do not reload. From that point on, your camera will have unlimited film.
Start the burglary mission and park in front of the barbershop. Go inside and walk to the red circle to sit down. Press X to get a haircut and wait for the time to run out. Once the mission ends, press Triangle and the barber will put the mask back on you. This way, you will keep the mask when you leave the barbershop. Note: if you change clothes or die, the mask will disappear.
You will definitely want to get this beautiful armored car, immune to bullets and explosions. After completing the Low Rider race mission in High Stakes, Cesar and his car will be at the finish line, with the doors locked. Hurry before he leaves, hit the car, kill Cesar — don’t worry, nothing bad happens — and you will be able to push the car to the nearest garage, which unlocks its doors.
This trick is also known as the "melting bike", although it is actually a bug. Get a mountain bike, start reversing with the Square button and, while holding it, quickly press the X button repeatedly. CJ’s model will start stretching and shrinking in all kinds of crazy ways. It will even look like he is melting and blending into the ground.
Michelle Cannes: date her to use her garage and paint your car for free. When you reach 50% relationship progress, she will give you her Monster car, and when you reach 100%, she will give you the racing suit.
Millie Perkins: since she is a mission girlfriend, she will only give us a key needed to continue the story, and if we reach 50%, she will give us the keys to her pink Club.
Barbara: date her to keep your weapons and avoid paying after being taken to the police station. When you reach 50%, you can use her Ranger police car, and when you reach 100%, she will give you a police uniform.
