On this page, you'll find all the cheats and codes for Red Dead Redemption 2 that you can use on both PS4 and Xbox One. Just like previous Rockstar games, Red Dead Redemption 2, also known as RDR2 or Red Dead 2, has a cheat system that lets you enter a series of codes to unlock useful bonuses and advantages. Bear in mind that these cheats are temporary: you cannot save your game or earn achievements or trophies while they are active. These cheats are exactly the same and work in the same way on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Below, you'll find a complete list of every cheat, the bonuses it provides and the requirements you need to meet before using it. If you have not met those requirements, the cheat may not work.
Remember that capitalization does not matter, so you can enter the codes using any combination of uppercase and lowercase letters.

Fortunately, Red Dead Redemption 2 now has a proper cheat for getting money. Even so, in this section we have rounded up the best completely legitimate methods and tips for making money in the game. There is also a small glitch you can use to obtain unlimited gold bars. Be warned, though: it could be patched at any time and stop working.
There are several ways to get horses in Red Dead Redemption 2. You can tame them if you find them in the wilderness or up in the mountains, although that can be tricky. You can also buy them, ready to ride. But what if we told you that this trick lets you get any non-wild horse breed completely free of charge?
The method itself is fairly simple and does not rely on glitches, exploits or bugs of any kind. There is simply one spot in the game where every horse breed can appear at random, including breeds that normally only become available in the Epilogue.
First things first: as we mentioned above, this method is entirely random. Any breed can appear, so finding the horse you want could take five minutes or five hours. It all comes down to luck.
Ready? Go during the daytime—the method can be unreliable at night—to this spot in Saint Denis:
There should be a horse at that exact spot. If there is not, ride away, sleep until noon and come back. At first glance, the horse may not look like anything special, but it can be any breed in the game. Here's how to reroll it:
Once you get the horse you are looking for, do not forget to take it to a Stable, saddle it and officially make it yours, or you could lose it before long.
Remember that this is still a random method. There are also guaranteed ways to get the best horses, and they may take less time.

Getting hold of good pelts can be a real pain, especially when you need perfect pelts. You will need them to craft various pieces of equipment at the Trapper.
There is a trick, or glitch, that lets you duplicate any large pelts you obtain. It is easy to perform and can be repeated as many times as you like. By large pelts, we mean those from animals such as alligators, bears, bison, bulls, elk, moose, oxen and cows: the pelts that are so large your character rolls them into a bundle and stores them on the back of a horse.
There are two requirements for this trick: you must own at least two horses and have unlocked the camp's Horse Station. In addition to your main horse, make sure you have at least one more horse kept at a Stable, whether you bought it, stole it or tamed it in the wild. The Horse Station can be unlocked through the camp ledger for a small fee. Once you meet both requirements, follow these steps:
This lets you take a large pelt that may have taken a lot of effort to obtain—especially a perfect one—and duplicate it over and over again, creating five or six copies in barely a minute.
