To start entering and enabling cheats, codes, and commands in The Sims 4 on any of its platforms, you first have to press a series of keys or controller buttons at the same time. This will open a cheat console where you can start typing cheats (to close it, simply press the same keys/buttons again).

This is the key or button combination to enter cheats in The Sims 4:
