NSO app changes- 9/8/2020 - To make it easier for players to have less clutter on the home menu, as part of the 11.0.0 update all the apps, NES, SNES, GB, GBC, GBA, will merge into a single "Legacy" app. Inside that app will have the standard apps that start up normally.

Switch XL, summer announcement, a hardware refresh using the mariko chip, 8gb ram, 8 inch 1080p glass screen provided by Sharp, dual batteries, upgraded dock with HDMI 2.0 to allow 4k upscaling using Nvidia AI (not the DSSL 2.0 ),oddly still no native bluetooth support, fully BC with all Switch software, not a replacement for Switch or Switch Lite and games will work across all 3 devices. Word is that BotW2 will launch aside of it in November.
Next Mario 3d platformer is aiming for holiday 2022 with Metroid Prime 4 being the July Summer game. No date given, but Nintendo is creating a new IP that "will shake up the visual novel genre"
