At a certain point in your playthrough of Hades 2, after completing enough runs and improving your relationship with Schelemeus, the Training Master at the Crossroads will reveal three Gifts of the Veil beside the Silver Pool. These gifts can be yours if you attain eternal glory and prove your worth. But what exactly does that mean? You may not be entirely sure how to obtain these particular gifts. Don’t worry, as we’ll quickly explain everything below in this section of our guide.
To unlock the three Gifts of the Veil associated with Schelemeus in Hades 2, you must complete runs with a certain amount of Fear activated through the Oath of the Unseen.
Once Schelemeus has told you about the gifts, head to the Oath of the Unseen and open its menu. Beneath the Testaments, you will find a section displaying the following question: "Will you become the Champion of the Night?"
Below this question, you can check the objective you need to complete to unlock the next Gift of the Veil. The requirements for obtaining each gift are as follows:
Before beginning your next run, remember to activate different Vows through the Oath of the Unseen until you reach the amount of Fear required for each gift. You can activate whichever Vows you prefer, as long as you reach the specified amount of Fear—or a higher amount, of course.
After successfully completing a run with the required Fear level, return to the Crossroads and enter the Silver Pool area. You can then speak to Schelemeus to receive the corresponding Gift of the Veil.
These gifts are actually purely cosmetic, but if you want to collect them, you now know exactly how to unlock all three Gifts of the Veil in your playthrough.
